Posted on February 23, 2012 - 12:00am by Mike Smith
Following on from the success of last months nutritional seminar, on Thursday March 15th, we shall be presenting on conditioning techniques and exercises for endurance athletes to include runners and triathletes.
The session is to be led by British Triathlon and English Institute of Sport strength and conditioning coach Mark Niemz. The session will include theoretical presentation on the work that Mark has done with the elite British Triathlon athletes including slow mo video analysis.
Do you know what are the common characteristics of a 'good runner' are from stability to timing etc? Do you know what exercises and running drills can help improve your own running.
Hopefully you will have something practical that you can take away from the session to implement into your own training. Best of all the session is free but you need to register your interest as places will be limited. Please call on 01908 611077 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
