Evening Seminar Series - Conditioning for endurance athletes- what makes a good runner?

Following on from the success of last months nutritional seminar, on Thursday March 15th, we shall be presenting on conditioning techniques and exercises for endurance athletes to include runners and triathletes.

The session is to be led by British Triathlon and English Institute of Sport strength and conditioning coach Mark Niemz. The session will include theoretical presentation on the work that Mark has done with the elite British Triathlon athletes including slow mo video analysis.

Do you know what are the common characteristics of a 'good runner' are from stability to timing etc? Do you know what exercises and running drills can help improve your own running.
